Description
The new Taylormade TP5 has a coating with particularly flat dimples that reduce air resistance during ascent, and the dimples are arranged more steeply, which maintains lift during descent. The new dimple arrangement has increased the carry length significantly. It also has a highly reactive core, which practically bounces the ball off the club and immediately builds up enormous speed. After the core has been fully compressed, a series of four increasingly stiff layers improves the energy transfer from the core to the cover. This crucial component, the HFM Speed Layer System, ensures that no clubhead speed is lost. In contrast to the TP5x, the TP5 describes a lower trajectory.
In summary, the TP5 surpasses all its predecessors. With it, Taylormade has created a top-level tour ball that can compete with the Titleist Pro V1 or the Callaway Chrome Soft. This ball is aimed particularly at experienced players.
Our assortments may also include the special model TP5 Pix2.0.
